Ulla’s Exhibition Wrap-Up on 31 August
Thank you to everyone who joined us for Ulla's exhibition at NaiFactory Lab in Barcelona. This exhibition was fully organised by a wonderful team from the Master in Cultural Management at UIC Barcelona a spart of their final project. From ideation to creation: Maria Nadal, Linda Hacking and Ximena Urrea, worked side by side with NaiFactory and artist Ulla Von Czékus to showcase works of her series "Surrounding" (2020). Geneva Peace Week 2025 / Erika González
In collaboration with Satellites of Art, the Geneva Peacebuilding Platform was pleased to welcome artist Erika González to Geneva Peace Week 2025 for a discussion on Peace through the Arts. ABOUT THE ARTIST Erika González/Minotaura Erika is a collagist, journalist, filmmaker, and feminist, deeply committed to women's rights. Since 2017, she has been campaigning for the abolition of prostitution alongside the Belgian organization isala. In 2022, she directed her first documentary “The Illusion of Abundance”, which highlights the fundamental role of women in defending territories. “The Illusion of Abundance” was selected for 130 festivals around the world and won 30 awards. Arian Latif – In the Name of the Horizon
From June 7 to 20, 2025, Medina Art Gallery Castelli Romani in Monte Porzio Catone, Italy, hosted In the Name of the Horizon, a solo exhibition by Kurdish artist Arian Latif. The show explored the role of art in bridging cultures, connecting the Kurdistan Region, France, and Italy. The exhibition featured a creative collaboration between Arian Latif and artists Paula Vincigera and Pino Majulica, symbolizing artistic unity across borders. During the opening on June 7, Arian personally welcomed guests and shared the stories behind his expressive works. REGARD SUR L’IRAN – Collective Photography Exhibition in Paris
From June 10 to 22, 2025, Evidences Photo presented REGARD SUR L’IRAN, a collective exhibition highlighting Iran as a land of contrasts, poetry, silence, and resilience. The show featured the work of ten Iranian photographers, including Alireza Memariani, offering visitors a compelling visual journey into the country’s landscapes, people, and stories. The vernissage took place on June 10 at 6:30 PM in Paris, drawing an engaged audience to experience this multifaceted perspective on Iran.
Ulla Von Czèkus Exibition
From June 26 to August 31, 2025, Naifactory in Barcelona hosted a captivating photography exhibition by Ulla Von Czékus, presented in collaboration with Satellites of Art and Naifactory Lab. The exhibition took visitors on a visual journey through Ulla’s work, exploring themes of memory, the passage of time, femininity, the human body, and nature. Her photographs reflect a dialogue between the permanence of time and the fleeting nature of human life, contemplating both the splendor and the transience of existence.
