Caracas, Venezuela – José Cruz, born in 1987, developed an interest in the world of painting after graduating as a graphic designer. His artistic journey began under the mentorship of master Randjel Spasic, with whom he explored drawing and oil painting for nine years (2008–2017).With a distinctive figurative approach, Cruz has taken part in various group exhibitions, including Se cayó el sistema (Central University of Venezuela, 2013) and Homenaje a Francisco Massiani (Muza Art, El Hatillo, 2012).
