Christian Rhugwasanye

ARTIST BIOGRAPHY

Christian Rhugwasanye was born and raised in the east of the Democratic Republic of Congo in the town of Bukavu. He started art at a very young age, drawing portraits and illustration drawings in his hometown. In 2016, he began painting professionally to finance his foundation, created that same year to pay school fees and provide free food and healthcare to orphaned children affected by the wars in his country.
Since then, he has been making art for charity.
